When using the quote form, you may provide your name, phone number, city, requested product, preferred contact method, email address, notes and any images you choose to upload. Basic technical data such as the IP address may also be recorded for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
We use the information only to respond, prepare a quotation, arrange an assessment or installation, and provide product-related support.
Sending and storage
The site does not store the request in a local database. Choosing WhatsApp opens a prepared message for you to review and send, with images attached manually in the chat. Choosing email sends the request details and selected images to the AQUA FLORA mailbox through the hosting server. After sending, the correspondence is subject to the relevant email provider or WhatsApp policies.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your data. Information may be shared only with staff or technicians needed to handle the request. Correspondence is retained only as needed for service and legal or accounting obligations.
Local storage and cookies
The site uses local storage to remember the selected language. This current package does not include advertising or analytics tracking tools.
